【英文教学中如何实施素质教育】 如何在小学教学中实施素质教育

  英语素质教育的教学中,优化课堂教学模式是重点,也是实施素质教育主渠道。然而,要实现优化课堂教学,这就要求我们教师应做到优化教学目标的制定,优化课堂教学的设计,优化教学方法的组合等,通过优化课堂教学模式,以达到实施素质教育的目的。 
  1.优化教学目标的制定
  目标教学是构建素质教育的重点,它要求教师必须了解、熟悉、掌握教学内容,明确教学大纲,要求所要达到的教学目标,通过分层教学,因材施教,使目标教学落到实处。可以说,目标教学就是将所有教学内容分解成一个个具体的目标,首先做到完成每课的小目标,尔后完成好单元的部分目标,从而达到完成总目标。并根据学生的学习基础,学习习惯、学习方法以及兴趣爱好,反复钻研教材,明确教学目标,确定每课的重点和难点,同时把教学目标及时交给学生,让学生心里有数,从而达到了教有目标,学有目标,指导检查也有目标,使之在课堂上能有的放矢地进行教学,顺利完成制定的教学目标。
  2.优化课堂教学的设计
  在优化课堂教学设计时,可采用“启发式”、“学导式”教学法。首先,教师要发挥自己的指导作用,做到深入浅出,画龙点睛,一语道破,起到指导作用,以达到“导”在关键上的目的。其次,在学习课前预习,划出难点,带着问题听课时,或学生在自学中遇到了困难,迫切需要教师解难答疑时,教师应及时进行指导,把握好关键时刻,恰到好处,这时学生的思想集中,难全神贯注,认真听讲,可收到最好的效果。这样可以培养学生独立学习,和对所学学科本身的兴趣,激发他们的求知的欲望,增强学习信心和主动学习的积极性。尤其在培养学生自己找规律,自己做总结,通过独立思考、开发智力,发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,真正以“主人翁”的身份积极主动地参与教学活动。
  3.优化教学方法的结合
  随着教学观念的更新,英语教学方法也要有所改变,这就要求进一步优化教学方法的组合。课堂上教师采用什么教学方法,学生就往往采用相应的学习方法,它直接影响着的学生的学习效果。为此,教师在课堂教学上应努力以灵活多样的教学方法,精心设计教学过程中的各个环节,围绕学生能力素质的发展进行教学。可采用“知识技能,学习能力,学习态度”来作为确定学习状态的特征变量,从而为促进学习能力素质的全面发展服务。
  教师是素质教育的实践者和实施者,提高教师自身的素质教育的关键。在新形势下,作为老师光有埋头苦干的精神是不够的,要不断提高教师自身的素质,要向教学科研要质量,要效益,这是基础教育深化改革的发展的必然趋势,也是实施素质教育对老师的迫切要求。教师要创造性地用好教材,把素质教育渗透于英语教学的全过程,全面提高学生的政治、文化、心理、技能、身体等各种素质,让他们德、智、体、美都得到生动活泼、主动地发展。
  总之,中学英语实施素质教育,是一次面向二十一世纪教育改革的重大问题,如何进一步落实马克思主义关于“人的全面发展”要求和贯彻邓小平关于“三个面向”的指示,还有大量艰苦细致的工作需要我们不断探索和实践。 My English Teacher李鑫源

  Of all my teachers , I love my English teacher Dang Min best . She is a very good teacher and about thirty-six years old . She is very beautiful . She is neither tall nor short but a little heavy . She is a warm-hearted teacher with a good sense of humour and always friendly to us . Especially she always makes her English lesson very interesting . She teaches us to sing English songs when we are tired .She teaches us to act in groups in English class . We sing ,dance , play games and pretend to be many different roles ... . In her class, we feel so free , easy and so happy . How much we all like her and her lessons ! 
  Unimaginablely we felt English was rather difficult to learn before she started to teach us English . But now in her class, we feel English is very easy, and also very interesting. We begin to love to learn English . Of course , when she began to teach us , we didn’t become interested in English at that time . In English class we didn"t even bother to read or speak . But my English teacher didn’t give up . She tired many different ways to improve our interest . She often showed us how to learn English well. She asked us to listen, to read, to say and to write. After class, she always talked with us in English. She told us some stories in English . She even lent English books to us. She told us “ whenever you have difficulty in understanding, you can go and ask me. I am always happy to help you. ” She not only cares for our study, but also for our life. One day, one of my classmates, Zu Yanbei had a bad cold. She took him to see a doctor, and got some medicine for him. Then she sent him to the dormitory . When Zu Yanbei stayed at the dormitory , our English teacher brought some food to his dormitory and helped him with his lessons after school . Several days later, Zu Yanbei was able to go back to school. This is my favorite teacher , my English teacher Dang Min . She not only our teacher ,our mother ,but also our friend ,our sister . How much we all love her ! Do you think so ? 
