　　近来一份某证券公司的招聘名单引发热议，名单显示进入证券分析师等职位面试的都是海外名校研究生，诸如斯坦福大学、麻省理工大学等，而国内诸如武汉大学、中南财经政法大学等名校的研究生则只能应聘柜员、业务员等这类较低层次的职位。这种向“海龟”一边倒的现象其实存在已久，让众多大学生直呼不公平，认为这种偏爱应该适可而止，并不是所有岗位都需要海外经验。

　　Firstly, companies should base their selection of employee on the specific requirement of the position. For example, when recruiting personnel for a position which mainly deals with domestic issues, sometimes students from domestic universities are more suitable than overseas graduates. On the contrary, overseas graduates may better suit positions that will involve international business.
　　Secondly, there is no assertion that overseas graduates are better than students from domestic universities. Though universities in China are not as advanced as many famous universities in America and Europe, excellent students emerge all the time.
　　In conclusion, what suits is the best. Employers should start to treat all graduates fairly.
　　
　　Overseas graduates have broader horizon and richer experience, making them the better choice for all positions.
　　First, overseas graduates can adapt to a new environment very well. As is known to all, living and studying abroad alone is challenging. Therefore, overseas graduates have stronger ability to deal with challenges and pressure at work than domestic students have.
　　Second, it is the economic crisis that causes large number of overseas graduates to look for jobs at home. Asians are not very welcomed in job hunting these days in the West. It is wasting human resources if domestic companies do not give some priority to them as they are well educated in universities that are indeed much stricter and more advanced than domestic ones.
　　To conclude, what is stronger is better. It is natural for employers to show favor to overseas students.
